Frontiers’ Best of Los Angeles Theater 2012

Another top ten list to peruse. This from critic Christopher Cappiello over at Frontiers.

Chris seemed to enjoy some of the larger venue offerings more than some of our other listers, but he did concur with me on this particular show:

The Celebration Theatre’s world premiere of Justin Love showed that a musical about a fresh-faced kid who gets a major movie star to come out of the closet can be as gloriously old-fashioned as the best of Comden and Greene. Once again, director Michael Matthews worked miracles, with Alet Taylor turning in one of the most memorable performances of the year as a monster publicist.

Yep.
