BITTERSWEET
Trudell hints at unexplored byways. You can’t help wishing for a little more character, and a little less butt crack.
Jenny Lower – LA Weekly

BITTERSWEET
Trudell’s show is clearly still in development—or should be. Once the tacked-on conceit of half-assed holiday cheer is lifted, and once author and director determine why this story is being told, “In Heat in Hollywood” could become something special indeed.
Travis Michael Holder – Backstage

SWEET
It’s funny because somehow Trudell makes it all sound so plausible, delicious and fascinating. It’s hard to say if you really care, but the stories in of themselves are wickedly entertaining.
M.R. Hunter – EyeSpyLA

BITTERSWEET
It’s not a bad production; it just has been said before, and there have been a lot of one man shows this year, maybe too many.
Rose Desena – The Los Angeles Post

SWEET
Overall, I laughed, cried and enjoyed my time.
Marilinda Rivera – LASplash
