Stage Manager Needed Immediately (pay)

The Visceral Company needs a stage manager who can start right away for its upcoming production of “The Turn of the Screw,” a one-act play based on the classic ghost story by Henry James.

The show run 5 weekends, Thurs/Fri/Sat nights at 8 pm, from Thurs May 10 thru Sat June 9.

Rehearsal schedule is M/W/F from 3-6 pm this week and next (April 25, 27 & 30, and May 2 & 4).

Tech is TBA on Tues May 8 and Wed May 9, with final dress Wed May 9 at 8 pm.

On show dates you’d be needed for a 7:00 pm call and would be done no later than 9:45 pm.

Show is at the Underground Theater in Hollywood (1312 N. Wilton Pl. @ Fountain). It’s an easy SM gig, there are only 2 actors and both are on stage the entire show – no costume changes, only 1 prop. You would be needed to help with minimal setup, call times, stay backstage during performances, and help put up costumes after each show.

Pay is $200 for the run of the show (including rehearsals, tech and dress).

Please email info@thevisceralcompany.com if you’re interested, and visit http://www.thevisceralcompany.com/ for more information about the show and the company.
