Hollywood Fringe Festival 2012

John Gradyʼs “Fear Factor: Canine Edition” bares itʼs teeth once more in Hollywood

The 2nd Annual Best of the Hollywood Fringe Festival, in association with Theatre Asylum, presents John Gradyʼs Fear Factor: Canine Edition, for an encore performance on Sat. August 6th at 8pm. Chosen a “Top Ten Fringe Fave” by Bitter-Lemons.com and “Best of the Fringe” and “Best of the Fest” at the Orlando Fringe Festival.

Fear Factor: Canine Edition is about the peculiar and misguided true adventures of a man and his therapy dog. Itʼs a culmination of finely woven and irreversibly moving stories about John and his Bernese Mountain Dog, Abby. At its core, it is a tale of true love, of overcoming obstacles, while attempting to stare fear in the face.

John Grady is an actor and a writer from New York City. He starred off Broadway in Spalding Gray: Stories Left To Tell and performed with the original production of Blue Man Group. John is a multiple story slam winner at the Moth, in both LA and NYC. His stories have been heard on KCRW, the Moth Radio Hour on NPR, and the Story Worthy podcast. John worked with film director, Francis Lawrence on both I Am Legend, and the NBC drama Kings.

Tickets for Fear Factor: Canine Edition, at Theatre Asylum, are $10 when you enter the discount code “fringe” at the main fringe site. For more information visit: http://hollywoodfringe.org/projects/350
